About Sussex Aeromodelers Club

The Sussex Aeromodelers Club (SAC) was formed in 1990 for the purpose of fostering and advancing the operation of radio controlled model aircraft for pleasure, competition, and public demonstration.  The club contains a friendly group of people ranging from Youth members to "been around for a while."  Experience level of the membership ranges from beginner to those with over fifty years experience flying radio control aircraft.  Our members fly various types of aircraft including, but not limited to, sport, scale, warbirds, electric, giant scale, and helicopters.  Club membership is open to anyone who has an interest in model aircraft building and flying.  Anyone interested is welcome to attend our quarterly meetings or drop by the field to talk with some experienced flyers.
